GADTAN · INVESTOR INFORMATION

A careful process. A clearer decision.

Explore the difference between investing in a business and participating in one identified real estate project. Understand how value may be created, how your rights are documented and what to review before committing.

INVITING NEW INVESTORS

Be part of the conversation.

Prospective investors, landowners and business partners are welcome to discuss a specific opportunity. Participation depends on due diligence and agreed written terms; an enquiry creates no reservation or commitment.

How we approach an investor conversation

Start with your location, budget and time horizon. Identify the legal entity, asset and rights involved, then review the proposal independently before any commitment.

Follow the investment review process →

Company or individual project? Start with the difference.

The legal structure decides what you own, how you may receive a return and which risks you carry. Neither route is automatically safer. Ask which lawful structure, if any, is available for your circumstances.

01 / COMPANY

Company-level participation

A potential interest in the legal business entity, rather than ownership of one plot. Review the business accounts, existing debt, valuation, share or instrument rights, use of funds and exit restrictions. Business performance and the terms of your investment determine the outcome.

Read the company investment guide →
02 / PROJECT

One identified project

A potential arrangement linked to a named project and a defined scope. Identify the land, project entity, approvals, budget, funding, responsibilities and payment priorities. A project-company shareholding is different from buying a plot in your own name.

Read the individual-project guide →

Looking to buy a property for yourself or enquire from overseas? You can still request current property information. Ownership, NRI/OCI eligibility and banking requirements need their own review.

Discuss a property purchase →

Before acquisition. Before market launch.

In the proposed group model, investors join under written terms before acquisition. The named legal owner would acquire the asset and distribute available proceeds under agreed capital-return and profit-sharing rules, subject to a lawful structure and required approvals. Launch alone creates no profit; this is not an offer to pool money.

Returns, costs and exit

Look beyond an expected selling price. Consider transaction costs, delays, potential losses and the practical ability to exit.

Read returns, risks & exit →

What does “secure with GADTAN” mean?

Verify ownership, approvals, written rights, the authorised payee and terms for delay or disputes. Any claimed security, insurance or separate project account needs evidence. Capital can be lost; no return, buyback, resale date or capital guarantee is offered here.

A clear plan for potential profit

Review how value could be created and how actual distributable proceeds would be shared after agreed costs, debt, taxes and reserves. Document payment priorities and who bears losses. Revenue is not profit, and no return or payout is promised here.

Earned trust. Long-term relationships.

We aim to earn lasting relationships through clear explanations, agreed reporting and careful follow-through. Each further investment is voluntary and needs a fresh review; earlier returns do not predict future results, and reinvestment requires your specific agreement.

Investor questions, answered plainly

01 Is my money guaranteed or insured? +

No such guarantee or insurance is established on this page. A proposed safeguard needs supporting documents and independent review. Even a secured arrangement can involve loss, enforcement costs and delay.

02 What is the minimum investment and expected return? +

No minimum amount or return target is published. Ask for a specific written proposal, including the structure, all charges, assumptions, downside risks and exit terms. An enquiry does not allocate an investment.

03 Does RERA registration make an investment risk-free? +

No. Where applicable, verify the exact project and promoter on the official Haryana RERA portal. Registration does not guarantee a profit or eliminate title, completion or resale risks.

04 Can I invest online here? +

This website accepts enquiries, not investment payments. Contact forms prepare a WhatsApp message for you to review. Do not send funds or sensitive identity documents in an initial message.

05 Can I withdraw whenever I want? +

Do not assume this. A property may need a buyer before you can sell; a partnership may have transfer restrictions. Any cancellation, withdrawal or buyback right must be confirmed in the signed agreement.

06 What if I have a concern or a dispute? +

Keep copies of messages, agreements and payment records. Raise the issue in writing with the named counterparty. Ask your independent adviser which complaint route applies; RERA and securities complaint routes serve different transactions.
